Mikumi National Park

Mikumi National Park is often called the 'Mini-Serengeti' due to its open grasslands and similar wildlife. It is the most accessible park from Dar es Salaam, making it perfect for short safari trips. The Mkata floodplain at the park's heart offers excellent game viewing with large herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, and elephants.
